*Some NOS or used valves are sold untested. However, we guarantee the proper function of all these valves on the day of purchase. Should you find your product to be faulty, as long as the product is returned, we will happily offer you a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. For new valves this extends to 90 days.
N.B. The term "you" refers to the person who originally purchased the product from us. We hold detailed records of all our clients and therefore you will not need to bring a receipt with you. However, if you nominate a friend/relative to return your product, they will need a full paper copy of the receipt prior to any refunds being issued. We will not refund any purchase which has been subsequently re-sold by the original purchaser.
